Well, they definately arent popular! They could be effective, if u know how to take advantage of them
if u meant rest 5 for int to equip lv 1 darkbolt for for fun sometimes, isnt that bad. if u are a oldie with few dam rare items like 18 valentine wand (idk its even exist) try go for it
Yeah... This is super oldie stuff, like valentine wand Pre forg days man.
No, it's definitely not viable due to the immense amount of forg bows and Halloween items at those levels.
