Platinum offers question.

I have a question regarding platinum offers.

I always get offers when using my iphone and signing in through my gmail account. The last offer i got was from spotify for 42 plat.

My girlfriend never gets these offers on her andriod device. I got her a Ipad mini for xmas, and on her first login she accidentally logged in through gmail rather than through her spacetime account e-mail which is her main account. On her gmail account is a level 1 character she never uses, but she got the spotify offer the first time. She dismissed it, and then logged in correctly using her spacetime account email. This time there was no spotify offer :grey:

Does this offer only come players who sign in as gmail users rather than through a spacetime account? Does it only come to IOS users? Will she ever get the offer again since she dismissed it once?

Would love some clarity. AL isn't the main reason i got her an Ipad but it was on the list, and i would love for her to be able to get some of the plat offers i get.

Still wondering about this.
