There are only 2 ways for that to happen: removing from friends, or adding to ignore (which implicitly removes from friends).
We did nothing this usually happens when she goes offline when we in house.Quote:

Well, if you can come up with the exact steps to make it happen, I'll try to reproduce it, but looking at the code, literally the only things that generate that message are explicitly removing from friends, or the few other things that remove friends (ignoring, reporting).

when there any reason to boot somebody from house (left party/friendlist/guild) - your code doesnt see that we are spouces and kicking from house
It is possible to be spouces but not having each other as friends (it will still show spouce in top of friendlist), try add him... something like /friend ltuvQuote:

Step 3 player B writes player A and comes back onln to check if they still friends, they still are friends and spouses.
Step 4. Player A makes a forums post alerting devs about this issue.
