What is the best mage build considering as mastery skill?
I tried frost 8/10 not so good though.
SHield 8/10 i cant feel the diffrnce yet. idk if it is working or not.

Are you Pve or pvp? o.o
If PvE, I'd say Clock mastery, or frost.
If PvP I'd say... Gale and shield mastery.
