Star Guard is an old program. STS, at the beginning of SL was looking for helpful people, nice people, helping people. The were looking for the best people in the game. They spotted some people, really picky, and gave them the star guard title and avatar on forums and the star guard emblem in the game. There is an active forumer star guard, Octavos. I think 4-5 people got it.
