DM and CTF Improvements

DM:
+Further increase the armor and damage of the player who is crowned "King of the Ring"

-Decrease the speed of the player who is crowned "King of the Ring"

CTF:
+Give flag carriers a +15% Dodge chance

+Increase the strength, health and quantity of zombies that spawn in the center [Capture the Flag - The Asylum]

-Increase the amount of damage per second received while carrying a flag (Current healing gems heal faster than the flag damages)



Create new maps, game modes:
[Free for All - The Beach]

New Practice Arena for Guild Halls (Kills won't be recorded in a player's stats)
