Ok so I checked the Player Guides sections and their is no New thread button but I have made a thread in that section before their is the button New thread in all the other sections just not that one. Thx help me pl is it cuz someone blocked my access from that page? Just give me explanations.
Guides are made in the respective forum sections then moved to the "Guide" section per moderators. If anyone was allowed to post a "guide", the Guide section would be cluttered with who knows what.
Oh ok so how the heck did I make a guide before? Do I just make in a different section?

It was gonna be a guide to see all of the 2010, 2011, and coming soon 2012, Halloween items and Christmas items.
Perhaps someone should create a guide on how to create a guide.
