Is this the other way around... Or am i trippin?

My bird is wearing the armor the wrong way around... Is it how it should be?

Yes thats how the armor is supposed to look i think there is a lot of armors like that. For instance the 2017 red xmas starry is red everywhere and green in that area on the front and sleeves
