Hi,
Please reassess the proc and proc rate of the new Frost Bulwark. You did such a great job on the graphics but It hardly ever procs in pvp and pve. Also like its counter part the Elon Bulwark it should have a passive proc. If it had a Glacian type passive proc that would be awsome.
