Elite update mentioned.

Hey Cinco. You mentioned not long ago a possible elite update regarding the gear in L.25. Will this update be sort of a fix to the problems there, such as 1 handed elites being far weaker than their 2 handed counterparts, and the lack of a complete set. If this was your intentions then my guess is that you have it scheduled on the nearest shimmering shores event.

If this is true may i ask if you have any sort of test servers so that a selected few can make balances towards the items themselves. This would help most find common ground on what the sets should feel like so you don't have to go back and fourth buffing and Nerfing gear for our behalf.
