Plat/startup offer

Hi I tried to purchase the 30 Plat startup offer when I first loaded SL. I had to buy the Plat first thru Google store so I did that and when I went back into the game the offer was gone. It charged me for the 30 Plat so I'm stuck without the gear but have the Plat. Please help.

This also happened to me minutes before on PL except it didn't charge me for the 30 and when I went back in I had to buy the 70 something Plat to pay 45 for it. If my 15 extra Plat could be refunded that'd be great but that doesn't matter too much.

Would love the SL offer fixed though.
