If your looking at level 7 pvp you wanna look at the following items
Weapon:
Expedition Rifle of Brutality
Helm:
Ice Scale helm of Brutality
Ancient helm of Brutality
Armour:
Ice scale of Brutality
Ancient of Brutality
Ring:
Vigorous Band of Brutality (int type)
Pendant:
Eerie Necro of Brutality (int type)
Stagalite of Brutality (int type)
Arcane Shield, Lightning, Health
Best pet you could get is Nekro but if you don't have to much money to throw around you could look at swift, slobber?
In saying that theres many different builds out there and new gear always rising so play around with it! Don't get ice scale unless you can get helm and armour
