Dred duggar stun bug

This has been going on for a LONG time now but i decided to finally address it.
When im using ebon bow at dred duggar, the circular red zone stun seem to affect me even when im far away from it. Some people may say that i ran away from the red zone thus the stun still happens. But no. I never did step foot inside the red zone. And its 100% chance to get stunned btw, no matter where i am near the boss.
