If they did why am i getting %95 stun when their proc on
They did not fix the proc. The said it will no longer ignore rules of stun immunity. It still does. Tanks can permanently stunlock others with the proc. If a mage charges fireball and then used gale, gale won't stun. The stun still ignores the 7 second stun immunity in PvP.
It don't stun me through nekro or razor. Or it's just lucky dodge? Anyway proc can even stun sword owner in CTF. Mostly during flaggin
