Check your alt that is above wLsh in your character list if you have one. I found my banner on the wrong toon.
Not sure what happened here yet, we'll sort it out.

Badges should be sorted out now, banners are not done yet.
Ranked pvp banners should now be sorted out as well, should be in inventory - may have to zone a few times for it to show up.
