Majority of your fights will be nukes, so I think this'll do good. You can remove some points of heal, if you'd like.

If you're encountering many str bears, I suggest using one of the debuffs. I personally prefer weakness here.

The reason for 9 frost is because it is a 12m skill and has a decent debuff.
