I haven't played SL yet but I think it's a vanity hat that you can farm. I may be wrong.

The vanity item, Squid Buddy!, is a very rare drop in the Numa levels.

The big hat is a plat store item.

hmm i heard all the vanitys drop from anywhere in game o-o i heard someone say theres dropped in delta 7.. its intresting but no one really knows :/

There is currently one on the cs at the moment. I'm not too sure where it drops myself but you could always try sending a /t in game to the person who is listing their's for auction and ask them where it dropped?
