It works for me contact sts they will solve this problem :)
its the same thing that happen to me a month ago. Your connection were just to slow bro. I also bet you always disconnect while this thing Happens.
My tips:
Reboot Wifi 2x
Reboot Pc(if ur on pc)
Reboot Phone(if ur on phone)
Yeah, this happens when you got a bad network connection. Just close the app and open it again... problem solved ;)
