Platinum Purchase Invalid order number Please help.

Hi.

I purchase platinum from Arcane using Apple ID to my iphone, every time i run the application it requires me to log in my apple ID maybe they need to verify my account so i logged in. After click the amount of platinum that i purchased, there is a pop up message saying " You've already purchased this but it hasn't been downloaded. Tap ok to download it" then after that another message appears saying Invalid order number.. the purchased was already deducted to my credit card. :dread: can someone please help me.. thanks.

Same thing happened to me bro but my case was in android phone. I purchased a platinum
and pay through google play and payment declined appeared . The problem is its still charged at my credit card bill tsk tsk

If you have a Facebook Account, the WebStore usually does not work.

I suggest to switch to G-Mail since it's:
1) Way saver (You don't believe how easy it is to hack FB accounts nowadays).
2) Less stressful.
3) I use it myself and never had problems with it.

As an E-Mail user:
If you can't purchase Platinum, try to:
1) Reboot your device (out-on) or just simply restart the game either AL/DL/SL or PL
or
2) Visit the Website Store and follow the steps.

Also make sure to check your bank / credit-card / G-Mail / AppStore / PlayStore account for the case that there were no invalid purchases or that you did not charge too much platinum.

For Apple purchase issues, you need to contact Apple Support. It's basically a black box to us that we don't have access to.
