1. Must have experience in game and understand rules of both game and guild

2. Good oral, written communication skills.

3. Strong problem solving ability

4. To create parties to help guild

5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide feedback for Master

Required: At least a month experience in game or have a level 30+
