In app buy plat dissabled, I went to spacetime store entered in my email and password then got plat. Problem is I use facebook to log in but the plat went to email game, I have emailed spacetime but have had no response from them. How do I get my plat put on facebook acc from my email acc?
You e-mail them if it has been long enough since your first e-mail to get it fixed.
If you have a Facebook Account, the WebStore usually does not work.

As an E-Mail user:
If you can't purchase Platinum, try to:
1) Reboot your device (out-on) or just simply restart the game either AL/DL/SL or PL
or
2) Visit the Website Store and follow the steps.

Also make sure to check your bank / credit-card / G-Mail / AppStore / PlayStore account for the case that there were no invalid purchases or that you did not charge too much platinum.
