Force Cutter or Zuraz Lance?

Which is better for PvP and which is better for PvE? Zuraz Lance does more damage, so I don't know...

Zuraz does more damage if you think about your bear alone. Though the force cutter doesn't have that base damage, if you think about the armor reduction it gives, it boosts the damage of your entire group.

For PvP I'd say Zuraz since there isn't much group pvp per se, and PvE I'd go with force cutter if you have a decent group.
