Mad Scientist... just a few questions ;)

Whatever info I see, it's vague. Some say he can be found in all missions, some say in specific ones, some say it's only in Worlmen Sepulcher.
Can I safely assume that he and only he drops the rare items affiliated to him?
Can only level 36 toons find him, or are there lowbies that have found him as well?

Is it advised to only farm specific missions, should you want to find him or any item he drops?
I'm sure not just me would appreciate some info on this one, thanks for anything you can give me ;)

I've personally found him in both Worlman1 and Willowbrook3 since the last update. I dropped a relic moontear in Worlman, green wep in Willowbrook. He used to spawn in Fresnel too before the update, but I have yet to catch him there since then. He spawns rarely, just gotta keep playin.

Not sure about spawning for lower level toons since the update, but he was popping up for my level 20 before. No relic drop, but that could be luck. Maybe others have additional info.

I found Mad Dude at Fresnel (12.4) but no relic drop though...

Thanks a lot for the info so far, I'm actively hunting myself and hope to provide whatever info I can find, so far I just don't have any info ;)

So I think from map Willowbrook and upwards, Morhaven, Fresnel And Worlmen Mad Doc can appear in every mission there.

Good luck finding him though, he is around but like most Mini Bosses not easily 'found'.

Mad Doc appears very often on forums.
