Guild classes

Hey,

I thought about guild classes.
Officers are officer and recruiters are recruiters, but player can win reputation by being promoted by classe, a little bit like winning a medal in other games.

Example: overseer>lieutenant>general>captain>...>soldier>he lper

It can be like a way for other guildies to distinguish the best players, or themost helpfl ones or anything. Depends on the guild.

Overseer doesn't exactly imply as much power as I think it should, but that's just my opinion. Maybe it shouldn't imply that though. Overall I love the idea and hope they implement it soon!
