Fire the cannons in Kraag a million times. Thats how I did it.

Become a farmer
Lv up to required lv for elite and then farm at easy places first then once you get better gear farm at places like shuyal for more money. As of right now 10 elite golden puzzleboxes = 100k.
Another suggestion, maybe try farming bael and krunch. Some of the loot you can get worth over 1mil.
