Purchasing a higher tier guild hall.

I have enough to buy a tier 2 guild hall, which is 50 platinum. Thats a LOT for one purchase, so I want to check something.

If I buy the tier 2 guild hall, will that new look apply to everyone else who is also in the guild?

or will it only look different for me

If it will change the look for me only, I'm not buying it, so I really need support! Comment if you can help me answer this!

The guild hall is for everyone in the guild, everyone in guild will have access to the tier 2 one if you buy it.
