It's a setting in options. Gf several settings actually, turn battery saver all the way on turn high quality off and double pixel on. Although your character doesn't seem to be affected. Hmm
I didn't touch the settings lol I only have high quality off which affects how much art is shown
Happened to me once. The map, character page, chat, everything that was made up of letters was a white box like the pixels were enlarged. I logged out and back in and it was normal again.
