[Suggestion] Give effect to rally cry AoE size

or just state it in the main skill description, or the buff to allies upgrade description...

and also, isn't it a bit too short for an non range-upgradeable skill?

Its the worst skill in the game. It needs major revisions or replacement of the skill entirely.
