You can check the status of the order. I know it takes about six hours when I usee amazon.
Usually it only takes minutes or even seconds for IOS. May I know what method did you use for purchase? If the plat fails to appear today, do contact support at: http://support.spacetimestudios.com
A few days back my friend also experienced the same problem and he mailed STS then they said they are temporarily having problem and they will recover it soon and he got platinum in 2 days
Thanks for the response guys. @limsyoker. I used CC through the option for purchase plats ingame.
