There are two types of offers, Nativex and Trialpay. Contact the support, it depends on the offer. Look at the offer, if it's from Nativex contact Nativex support and if it's from Trialpay, contact Trialpay support. Sts doesn't deal with free platinum offers, Sts just grants them, so don't try to contact Sts support because nothing will happen.

Most offers pay instantly but you need to read the offer carefully. Sometimes if it's a game you will need to finish the intro to get credit, or reach lv 3 or similar. Also I had one game(slots) take 3 days to pay up but I got the 25 plat so all is good :)
