there is no set price. its on the black market right now and barely are left for sale so only the seller of one would be able to tell you.
You don't need a "set" of helm and armor. You can craft a dex helm and an int armor and then use them together. They all become the same vanity item after crafting.
They do not need to be of the same type (such as both str). The helm and armor both become a vanity when crafted.
