So recently my cousin has been asking why his AL didn't start up on his iPad, so i thought, delete and reïnstalling, that didn't help, maybe resetting his iPad, didn't help either, i have searched the webs and found nothing...
I tap the AL APP Icon, it opens, black screen, crashes, home screen (ipad home screen)
So i'm kindly asking everyone if they know why it doesn't load up..
Know a solution? Please comment !

Double click the home button and then make sure to swipe all other apps that show upwards, to deactivate them. This problem is often caused by low memory. Restarting/setting the ipad does NOT shut down apps that were previously active, this is one pain in the butt of ios.
Did you ask him if his ipad was jailbroken? jailbroken devices causes some apps to not startup or maybe he needs to update his firmware check and see if its above ios 6.0

I also used itunes credit to purchase plat right before this happened and wont let me in -_-. Plz help me
On my iPad 1, whenever I buy plat, I need to relog in ... and then it 'stalls' ... so I need to kill the process then restart it. Happens every time I buy plat or patch. As for the 'going right to black' issue, that happens with an out of date os. I have an iPad 1, will check what os I have (clearly not the newest, since it has been unsupported for quite some time). On my Samsung note 3 lollipop 5.0 version latest firmware al app open but doesn't connect to server no response I wait 10 min but nothing happen I uninstall and install game again but same
When I'm playing my app crashes randomly haha.
me 2 all the time at least like every hour ....
