i think a change to guilds is needed, Name Colors dependent on rank in guild. EG Master Purple, Officer Yellow, Recruiter Green and Member White while all non guild players remain Blue. This would bring a much needed revamp on guild life in game. It would help guild mates and other players know who's who in guilds. Or maybe a symbol next to names as to rank in guild similar to army ranking symbols. I think this will make selecting officers and recruiters for your guild more of a privilege to be selected.
