Seriously, how much time this would take?

Busy schedule but bit time was allocated to balance PvP, it would really take time
But
Very small work can be done to satisfy nearly every decent end gamer.

I.e to nerf just dodges of str sets, we ain't aware of game coding and updating but defenately we can say that this is very easy and would take less than one full working day.

1> Pl pvers don't deserve this much time even after waiting so long time?
2> Every decent pvp-er agree that dodge is overpowered and need to nerf.
3> For pve concerns - pve is already easy with groups and its easier now after daily blessing elixs.

An endgame bear with stacking dodge skill, full str set and 3pc ring, etc can have nearly 90 dodge
Now a common player can say that this does not make sense at all as far as PvP is concern, birds blind dodged, repulse dodged root dodge against that bear, this is even PvP?

This is not about a bird and bear its just an example as we see that most of the classes with a str set is significantly op against non-str.

So a little bit change in dodge can make PvP way much better than current, there will be issuses but we get much for a little bit work.


30% reduction of dodge from the str sets (Level 56-75) would do well in my opinion.
