How did this happen?

Well...

the glitch where one joins no side, and is just frozen. they can attack but not move. if u kill them, it counts as either black or white team kill. usually its black, but more recently I've seen white.

That happens to me too :) But very rarely tho.

Also used to be a way to get out of the arena and kill people at the choosing team spawn building :).

Yeah but then once you went in that spawn building you couldn't get back out.
