well my build is cheapest, I use any decent bow of pot, ancient druid helm of pot, ancient druid armor of will, ensorcelled ring of bru or pot (str), and the story line pendant.
its cheap and tanky and u still do enough dmg. I have 5k kills and 1.5k deaths. it works well. I beat hook rogues with about a 70-80% win rate. just bow stun then combo then pack when needed.

You could also be "that guy" and use a gloom bow xD
