lvl 75 Fiery Mage Build

I'm trying end game pvp what's a good fiery mage Build. I would do savage but I don't have the money

9 frost, light, ms, buffs. 7 fire and drain. 5 heal. 1 rev. Choose what debuff you want, or do both. Or put 9 fire and drain but you don't really need.
