What is this used for?

This is used for the Paracelsus's quests, if you accept the quest from Paracelsus, you will see Arcane Parchment #1,2, and 3 required to complete the quest.

This is used for the recipe of the arcane pet "nekro". You need 3 arcane parchments, 15 vials of ectoplasm, and an arcane fossil
