Help me create a custom sig, useing photoshop CC.

Hello many of you probably dont know me ;), but t'hats ok but i need some help creating a custom sig useing photoshop CC. Im brand new to photoshop and just need help with sizeing and cutting out images and such. Please i dont want to just buy a sig that ruins the fun :)!, And i need practice with photoshop. So if you could be so kind and make a DETAILED tutorial on how to do this it would be great!. Peace :victorious:
