LVL 15 build pls

I recently started playing AL, although I played PL for awhile now... Kinda diffrent, just worndering what is the BEST skills/stats and also gear for a rouge 15 pvp ?

Ps. Is there a way to rotate camera like on Pl???

Pps. I don't care if the gear costs a lot just pls post which gear is best and a close estimate of what the gear costs.

Aim 3/5 no 10% or 15% armor

Perice 2/5 10% health

Health 3/5 3 and last upgrade

Dex 3/5

Ancient of will 20k?

Dev bow potency or brut 120k?

Ring-Winter star 100k? Or elon dex type 100k?

Amulet- Swirling pot full grand 130k? Or Elon dex type 90k?
