It has been removed because of a bug.
Then how come I got that notification...and saw people with the the with particle affects. Said particle affects weren't being displayed yesterday..Quote:

If I remember correctly before they removed the npc, she was standing to the left of the tavern entrance in Kraag.
Npc name was "something" the adventurer. Rogue npc. Thats all i got :)
Also, its been temporarily removed because some ppl werent getting the ankhs in the kit. (I am pretty sure this is why)
