For skilled players: No passives 2 sp (heal) 5 aimed shot 5/5 packs

Since you have Paracules gem, any build would work but I suggest you try them all to see what suits your style best.

The way you should play at 13 and what works best. Learn how to play passive aggressive so u can always keep your opponent on their feet.
