So I'm pretty new to playing rogues, but are bows or daggers better for PVE? I feel like daggers could be better, but I never have enough time to auto attack anyways because the cool downs are so fast. So what are you rogue users' opinions? thanks!!

Imo bows. More damage, better for kiteing, take less hits.
I generally prefer daggers but they are currently bugged, so recommend using a bow until they are fixed.
Bows of course you wont nearly never get a wasted normal attacks. You can spam attack button with target always being hit. Unless you're potion rich then use dagger.

not a big fan of daggers.......and i think once u are use to the bow, its hard to attack only at close range ( just my oppinion )
procs are nice but bow has more dmg and now with these 1 hit bosses it can be a life saver :)
u just have to try i guess see 4 yourself .

highest damage is the best? have to disagree with that. i would take hali and his greatness any day over a mage with more dmg.
If you are going to farm in the planar tombs use bow because mages,wolfs,and pools can kill you in one hit.So is better to stay away of it unless you have a very good gear
Recently I switched from the Elon bow to ghoulish daggers and haven't looked back. In general yes bows are better for bosses, but daggers you can target slightly better on what you want to kill. True you can do this with bows too, but I'll take a pink bubble and +35 Dex on proc over bushes that do nothing
I like Daggers for normal maps because of the AoE on the daggers. I also like Daggers when making a run to elite bosses, because charged daggers also stuns.
But, in general, for the pure DMG output, I prefer bows in elite maps and against any boss.
Daggers only for tombs, excluding Planar ones. You cannot go wrong with bows.
what skills should go with a bow then? for pve (NOT elite. pve as in wt4, normal maps, etc.)

That's my build for normal maps and elite , maybe other players have different opinions.
