I- More procs than before. Every charged attack gives procs.
II- In Wt4 (Watchers Tombs Level 4) The proc doesn't attack the enemies. It attacks the player who casts the proc and also other players.

dude in all tombs and mines the planar proc attacks us (except for planar tombs)
Charged attack has 100% proc chance in and it is deadly in PvP.
Its like a bulwark buff for the mages......but this time its a 100k weapon.
They were supposed to have fixed this in the last update.
I have the fatality version of the planar staff. the proc attacks enemies.
i don't have the potency version (nor have the gold to buy one currently)
does anyone else have a potency version and can test this?
I have a brut version and it attacks me and my party members... at minimum it's really annoying. Hopefully this can be fixed soon.
