Suggestion for towns: put us in the highest populated town that isn't full

I love that players can no longer host towns, and now that it's been out for a little while I have one small suggestion to make it even better:

When we click "Enter Town" put us into the town with the highest population that isn't full. I've noticed that I often get put into a town that has like 3 other players sometimes but then when I go out to the menu there are 1 or 2 other towns that have a lot more players. I would think that most people like to find a full town when they enter, and if they prefer a less populated town they can go out and manually enter one of the towns with less players.

Devs what is the actual limit on a town ?

I'm pretty sure they said 25 a while back.

It is 25. We'll augment the joining when we come out with multiple townes (soon after PvP)

Why not a dark themed town, a lost themed town, a swamp town etc.

That way if I'm looking for players in swamp or items from swamp, even players close to my level it's more likely.

And the vendors would sell things depending on what level the town is, like LE town would sell items level 25-30, and Ancient swamps would sell items level 30-35, etc... This would also mean you guys would also have to develop new items, cause just 1 item per a level at the vendor, does not give very much of a choice.
