Hi, a few doubts...

i have 4 characters in same email account, if i buy the great ice locs recipe or the tarlok recipes i can use stash to use in all characters? also i would like to know the ingredients for crafting tarlok gems and great ice locs (not ursume locs)

yes recipe of locked is stasheable and tradeable

great ice locs is not ursume locs :) maybe i was not very clear

Only Urs Lock, Eye and possibly Frist recipes are stashable.
For greater ice chests and Tarlock gems you will have to buy them for each character.
