Hi.i bought platinums but i didnt get them! How to get back money or how to get my platinums?

Try logging off your account and logging back in :)

If you mean how do I buy platinum; you check the "platinum" part of the in game store. Press the coins when you're in your character screen. Then click on the amount of platinum you want and follow the instructions. Check out the FAQ/Guide here on the website for more details.

I tried logging off and log in but i didnt get platinums.i bought with google .they send me that i have bought but i didnt get platinums. :(

It takes time I hear, I feel bad for the droid guys. We iOS users take for granted our instant Plat. I hear some guys waiting a few days while it's a few seconds with us lol

I have a droid usually instant sometimes have to redownload on rare occasions
