This about happens as often as a double rainbow. How often can u get a whole town to form a semi-neat circle? Not too often from what I've seen. And just to put that big red cherry on top, just as I took the screenshot assomers pops in to give antennas. He participated in the circle unknowingly. Ty assomers! :D

With a good mage in the party, at that level, you can manage with no pots at all or barely a few.
I'm always stingy on pots, unless I'm running Victory Lap, BS or SC.
I just keep em in stock, too much of a pain to have to go buy all the time. I don't think that ever happened to me cuz I don't think too many people have the letter P starting their name :(
