When will the winners of 21 day ss contest be announced?

Supposedly on the 6th. Same as when the event ends, since they can't give 3 people a LB vanity before the LB winners get one.

The had no problem giving out vanities during Halloween contest before leaderboard was done! Wonder if they'll do anything with ties xD
