The panic of samael is great but the AA don't develop to its best at such low level.
Singe with warriors have huge Hp Huge Dmg. Simply op.
for around lvl 10 warrior twinks
samael if you gw with other samael tanks
singe if your vs alot more than guild wars
Reason: Samael stacks with other samaels
Singe is op when you are the lone twink tank

Singe, cuz its stats way better, and AA a lil better.
